Fisher’s Heating and Air Conditioning suffered from languishing sales and a lack of growth even though they have been in the HVAC business for 30 years. Their website attracted few customers and remained invisible to searches even within their regular service area. ExpressWrite teamed with its partners, Cooper Marotta and Brian Hunter, to improve the Fisher’s website and develop innovative ways to drive customers to their door.
ExpressWrite presented a compelling history of the company together with articles on specific products and attractive ad copy that help set Fishers HVAC apart from its many competitors. Ad copy was created for the entire site that not only clearly describes Fishers products and services but also gives customers strong incentives to contact Fishers for their HVAC needs. We designed a new logo and a number of eye catching slides for special offerings and promotions. Keywords researched were incorporated into the web text to improve the site rankings.
Since the onset of this multi-level approach, revenue at Fishers HVAC is up a whopping 135%. Fishers claims customers frequently attest that they chose to bring their business to Fisher’s based largely on the appeal and professionalism of the website.
